A consulting firm from a unique partnership of CPAs from Thevenin, Lynch, Bienvenue LLP, and custom software developers from KISS Computing, Inc. that conducts business process and online audits and devises software solutions to improve those processes.

A Constituent Relations Management software tool designed and developed specifically for municipal entities that includes a citizen complaint tracker and typical CRM tools for more efficient town management.

The first of KISS's Rental Solutions Software RIA, this Dublin, Ireland-based web business serves as a rental property management and marketing tool for property owners and estate agents alike.

The original whale watch company operating out of Provincetown, MA. The fleet is four boats strong and runs over 950 whale watch trips to Stellwagen Bank Sanctuary outside Cape Cod Bay each season. This site was particularly challenging as it contained educational, informative, children's and commercial elements all in one web site.

Tom McCarthy is a retired Secret Service Special Agent once assigned to Presidential Protection duty, and currently serves as a consultant to the US State Department. He speaks all over the country on personal security, combating terrorism on the local level, and school/workplace violence.

Of particular noteworthiness on this list is The Dolphin Fleet , which was deemed “Webby-Worthy” in 2005. The Webbys are to web sites what the Oscars are to movies. I was responsible for content creation and copy on that site, and am pleased to have been a part of the team at KISS Computing to have its work recognized by the industry.

It is the nature of web site content and copy that it is available to the world for examination. Each of the sites in this brief portfolio is very different than the others, a different voice, a different product, a different writing style, all designed to promote the particular call to action for each site. Each of these sites undergoes a monthly examination of performance, and adjustments deemed necessary by that analysis are made. My background includes stints as a political speech writer, teaching positions at the high school and college levels, and as an occasional contributor to several newsletters on IT. I have also lectured at the Charlton School of Business at the University of Massachusetts on the subject of Internet Marketing. I hold both BA and JD degrees, as well as multiple professional certifications in other disciplines, and am a member of The HTML Writer's Guild and the International Webmasters Association.
